Hotel Vossius Vondelpark - Amsterdam

This place suits me perfectly, offering 24-hour reception, express check-in, tv, and Wi-Fi. I recall how the staff assisted with my late departure on my first stay. I highly recommend it. I'll be back for Christmas!

i was happy with hotel's unbeatable and amazing location away from amsterdam's major museums. all the staff was amazingly efficient, fixed my issues. i took a lovely looking room with essentials as well as the garden. i appreciated the nice breakfast at 10euro, offered by the venue. location: the hotel was near to the trams, rijksmiseum, van gogh museum, and canal boat tours and all tourist attractions and the museum quarter and vondelpark. that was what i call lovely place for short stay.

Came here for trip, had great 2 days overall. The staff were exceptionally kind and pleasant, everything was really good. The hotel was centrally located close to everything...

Consider renting bikes from the hotel. It's a great way to explore nearby attractions and the beautiful Vondelpark quickly.

Silent place with public parking, so don't hesitate to come here by car.

Location

Dark hairs on the towels. Room in the garden without garden. And there were no "rooms" but some type of a huge boxes. Rooms were tiny and over furnished for their size. Lines at poor breakfast as there is no space to fit all the guests

Great location and comfy beds!

We stayed for 3 nights, and the location couldn't be better-right near Vondelpark! The staff were super friendly, and the bed was comfy. One cool thing was the breakfast options, a nice touch. The only bummer was the cramped bathroom. It was a real squeeze. Still, we had a good time!

Staff top!

Room trash! The rooms are much too small, one could not move around in twos. For 1 night alone sufficient, with 2 suitcases (hand luggage) no space. I'm not at all fussy about the size of the room but this was by far the worst room I've ever stayed in.

A good surprise at Vondelpark

We enjoyed a fantastic walk through Vondelpark right outside our door. The location made it easy to explore nearby museums, and the friendly staff were always ready to help.

Our room was quite chilly in the evening was good. The lack of soundproofing from the street outside added to our dilemma.

Location, price Staff really nice, could storage luggage before and after our stay. Cosy room in the backyard - really good for one night;

The breakfast is very very good at 10euro, has freshly made food. The standard king room is compact and has luggage storage, very good WiFi and lovely big windows. The hotel is centrally located a minute walk from Museum Quarter. It's near the museums, pubs and music clubs, the tram lines throughout town and the central train station and the center.

The hotel staff were cute and helpful throughout our stay, making all the difference in our experience.

The lack of air conditioning made for an uncomfortable night's sleep as we had to keep the windows open, letting in noise from the busy street below.

Brand-new hotel in a great location, just by the side of the Vondelpark entrance and around the corner from Leidesplein. Easy to get everywhere. Room immaculate and staff friendly

The bathroom is small and the 'garden' room is infact outside without any garden, but it's better if you smoke.

Very quiet hotel. I am a light sleeper but the the comfort of the bed ( perfect mattress) and the quietness made my sleep the best i've had in years. I was thankful for coffee and tea facilities, it was very cold i Amsterdam and be able to have a hot tea or coffee saved us a lot of money and a nasty flue. And they have central heating which is amazing.And is on for 24h. They really look after their guests. We are definitely coming back there next year.
